All Sale items are Final Sale and cannot be returned.
Online orders are eligible for return or exchange 7 days from the order’s delivery date with the exception of Final Sale Items.
All items post marked to manhattan casuals within 7 days of the order’s delivery date will be refunded to your credit card promptly upon receipt of the return.
There will be no returns or exchanges accepted after 7 days of the order's delivery date. The item(s) must be in original condition, not have been worn, altered or washed and be accompanied by original tags. Footwear must be accompanied by the original box in its original condition, without shipping labels.
If you are returning your item(s) by mail, please ensure all returned items are packed and sealed securely. We are not responsible for any delayed or lost return packages.
